When you are at the groups page, click 'admin area'
Then, right under the group icon it says 'manage members' click that
That will bring you to another new page, a bit below the icon it says founder, co-founder,contributor, ect. Go down some and click 'member'
It will show a little box thing on the right side of the screen.
Scroll down that box until you see 'On Gallery, Members' then a bunch of drop down boxes.
Where is says 'Submissions to "Featured":' there is another drop-down box. You can leave that the way it is, if you want.
If you go down a bit more, it says, in blue text, 'show all folders'
Click it and you will see all the folders (
)
It will say "submissions to *blah blah blah*' (blah blah blah being replaced with the folders name.
This part is kind of annoying.
Right now, under each of the folder names, it says 'are not allowed' in the box, change it to 'are subject to vote' maening you have to approve every submission or 'are automatically approved' meaning if they submit it, it goes into the folder.
